Delete your CourtSensei account

You can permanently delete your account and its associated coaching data from CourtSensei.

1. Sign in to CourtSensei on your phone, tablet or the website.
2. Open your profile or Settings and choose Delete account.
3. Read the confirmation, then confirm permanent deletion.

If you cannot sign in

Email contact@courtsensei.com with the subject “CourtSensei account deletion” from the email address registered to your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request. Do not send your password.

What is deleted

Your account and its associated teams, rosters, plays, practice plans, videos, scouting reports and private files are removed from active systems. Limited billing, security or support records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention or an unresolved dispute. Backups follow provider retention schedules; see our Privacy Policy.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting CourtSensei does not cancel store billing. Cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play’s Payments & subscriptions settings, or an Apple subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. For a web subscription, use the billing controls in CourtSensei Settings before deleting your account.
