Android privacy and Google Play billing

This page explains the Android version of CourtSensei and its optional Google Play purchase flow. Read it with our Privacy Policy for the operator, purposes, providers, retention, international processing and your rights. It does not replace the notice periods or protections applicable to existing accounts, change an existing subscription, or authorize advertising or a new use of coaching content.
Your account and coaching content
CourtSensei is operated by Content Petit LLC. Account identifiers, your email and profile are used for sign-in and account management. Content you choose to save or upload, including teams, player profiles and photos, practice plans, game statistics, playing time, notes, videos and PDF notebooks, is stored and synchronized through our service providers. Coaches are responsible for permission to record and share player information, including youth-team information. CourtSensei accounts are intended for people aged 16 or older.
The Android app uses the system file or photo picker when you choose an upload. Local drafts, cached content and sign-in state are stored on the device. The app does not request an advertising identifier or include an advertising SDK. Our servers process the network and authentication information needed to respond to requests, protect the service and investigate errors.
Google Play and RevenueCat
Google Play handles Android in-app payments. RevenueCat, our subscription service provider, receives the CourtSensei account identifier, purchase and subscription identifiers, products, trial or offer status, renewal and expiry information, and transaction environment. Its SDK also sends the technical app, platform and request information required to operate subscription services. We use this processing to verify purchases, restore access, reconcile subscriptions and understand subscription performance.
Our Android integration identifies the customer to RevenueCat with the CourtSensei account ID. It does not send your coaching documents, player records, photos or videos to RevenueCat, and does not set your name or email as RevenueCat customer attributes. CourtSensei does not receive your full payment-card details from Google Play. RevenueCat and our server receive subscription updates so access can follow renewals, cancellations, expiration and refunds. Data is encrypted in transit.
Purchase and cancellation choices
The Google Play purchase screen shows the price, billing period and any eligible introductory offer before you confirm. A recurring subscription continues until canceled. Manage or cancel through Google Play under Payments & subscriptions while using the Google account that made the purchase. Cancel before the displayed renewal date to avoid another charge. Refund eligibility follows Google Play policies and applicable consumer rights. Existing access from another platform does not require a second purchase.
Use Restore purchases while signed in to the CourtSensei account associated with the purchase. Deleting the app or your CourtSensei account does not cancel Google Play billing. See Google’s subscription instructions.
Deletion and requests
Request account deletion in Settings, or follow our account deletion instructions. For access, deletion or other privacy requests, including subscription records held by our processors, contact contact@courtsensei.com. Payment records required for accounting, disputes or fraud prevention may be retained, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Removing active account data does not immediately remove provider backups or records retained under applicable obligations.
This Android explanation does not introduce advertising tracking, sale of personal data or AI training on your coaching uploads. Any future material change remains subject to the notice provisions in our Privacy Policy.
